Giving A Best Man Speech...Need Help

why everyone only saying a minute? I've been to a couple and most of them were at the shortest like 5-10 mins

5-10 is good. Some people go way too long, talking about stories that no one can really relate too... which eventually leads to awkwardness/boredom.

I was best man 2 years ago, my speech was between 5-10 mins! Don't over do it, keep it simple and not too cliche!
