Giving up weight lifiting, no point in this shyt anymore

:yeshrug: i am now at point where this ish is counterintuitive. i'm 6' and 220 and at this level i even make grown men weary of me and i'm only 21.

from now it's only calisthenics and cardio

so far these are my 1 rep maxes (i dont even think these are maxes because i barely struggled when i did all this)

bench - 320 lbs
deadlift - 605 lbs
squat - 450 lbs

320 is an odd ass number for bench. Do you mean 315? :patrice:

OP if you were really putting up that weight, quitting wouldn't be an option :camby: to get up there, you need motivation & borderline obsession of gym life..
