i am now at point where this ish is counterintuitive. i'm 6' and 220 and at this level i even make grown men weary of me and i'm only 21.from now it's only calisthenics and cardio
so far these are my 1 rep maxes (i dont even think these are maxes because i barely struggled when i did all this)
bench - 320 lbs
deadlift - 605 lbs
squat - 450 lbs
