What's goat cheese made from? The finest cow milk? Is that why people say it's the best?

There's way too many cheeses to discuss which ones are best lol...depends on what you're preparing it with...

I made a crab and goat cheese chip dip last super bowl party and everyone loved it...

y'all a killing me with this. :dead:

i'm a foodie with a borderline cheese obession. i can stand around in the cheese section of Central Market for hours and i'll leave with like $50+ dollars worth of different cheeses. it's my dream to hit up an authentic Fromagerie (french cheese shop) one day and just go HAM!!!! :damn:

Goat Cheese is delicious esp for cooking with but not the goat. i can't pick a goat they're all good in different ways

Brie
Camembert
Neufchatel
Munster
Ricotta
Marscapone
Gruyère
Swiss
Gorgonzola
and my absolute favorite Irish Chedder w/ Guinness:

How you be storing all the cheese you buy? I would buy a lot more I just feel like it mostly goes to waste because I end up throwing out most of what I buy because it goes to shyt in my refrigerator.

yeah i feel you... that's the thing about cheese you have to eat it kinda fast or it goes bad. and freezing "fine" cheeses is a no no imo

i usually will buy 3 or 4 different types to try at once... BUT i'll buy the smallest lil piece of each kind

gives me a chance to try different ones without them going bad too fast. :leon:
