I don't know if you're a fan of Tarkovsky but Vyacheslav Ovchinnikov's work on Andrei Rublev is great. I don't know why they stopped working together.

Andrei Rublev is my all-time favorite film actually

For Tarkovsky's film music, the guy he used afterwards, Eduard Artimiev is very well-known. His score for Stalker is wonderful.
