GOAT public transit outside of NYC?

I know MTA has its issues and infrastructure falling apart but all in all It’s a decent system for being 100+ years old in some places.

I’d say Chicago but obviously extremely biased

I’ve been to DC, Philly and Houston. DC/DMV probably has the best public transit system I’ve seen.

Also Houston brehs how yall the 4th largest city but no commuter rail just that weak light rail system

The MTA is the best in the States which speaks volumes about our infrastructure. Internationally, they pale in comparison to places like Tokyo and Shanghai in regards to efficiency.

Them systems in China & japan are under 50 years old so you can’t even compare em. It’s parts of the L here in Chi that been up since the 1890s
