Facts. Cody and his mans about to put 10k in a building indy. Meanwhile Disco Inferno was the 2nd most over dude in WCW who's gimmick was dancing. 5th when you include 3 Count. 6th whenever Magnum Tokyo was around.

Disco didnt have any serious injuries his entire career cause he didnt give a shyt about Meltzer ratings, he cared about making money. Cody is typing that tweet with 20 stitches in his face and a rattled brain.
These wrestlers of today would prefer fake fighting in front of 200 people in a smelly warehouse, potentially ending their careers on any given night and praying to get a 4 star meltzer rating rather than headlining wrestlemania and raking in a nice paycheck.
Wrestling is fake. You shouldnt be getting hurt. If you are you are doing it wrong.

You ignored the point. Disco was on TV weekly, collected his check and kept it moving. The wrestlers of today have a heightened sense of worth cause they think being a 'great wrestler' is a real accolade. Its fake fighting breh. They arent doing it on their own terms either, they are catering to a fanbase that wants to see them up the ante. Cody was constantly criticized by indy marks cause he works a safe WWE style. Now hes upping the ante and paying for it. This is not on his terms, hes influenced by the fanbase and the Meltzer types.
Why do you fans want these guys to end up as vegetables?
Catering to this niche audience of bloodthirsty marks is keeping wrestling underground and not expanding the fanbase at all. You need Ric Flair types, not Sabu types.
