In an update on the story, Uproxx is reporting Banks did indeed suffer a concussion, and she is expected to undergo another evaluation this Saturday. Banks is expected to pass the evaluation and be cleared to return to the ring, however, the injury is said to be significant. So much so that Dave Meltzer noted on this week’s Wrestling Observer Radio that the injury might jeopardize plans for Sasha Banks at SummerSlam this year.

WWE originally wanted to do a Banks vs Charlotte Womens Title feud at SummerSlam, but those plans are currently up in the air.
