What is this Maryland stuff you speak of? I’ve been seeing it a little but I ain’t tried it yet. Is it similar to Cajun spices?

They are a legit company. I ordered from them and they sent me my bottles kind of fast. I am not a huge hot sauce fan, but wanted to support the business, plus they have different heat levels. I figured that one day, I would use them or perhaps company can use them AFTER the red rooster shyt in my fridge is used up. Lol
