God of War Director wants to make a new Castlevania game

Never played the series but I played the demo of the first game and it was great. The trailers from the 2nd game tho were incredible.

The second game had tighter combat, good boss battles and a movable camera but was deeply flawed when it came to level design, narrative and disappointing modern day setting.

I’m actually surprised Konami hasn’t remastered/remade the series but I remembered this is Konami.
