GoDaddy DNS Help Needed

Okay, so basically I'm new to all this. I've created a domain and all that with GoDaddy. There's this website called Bandzoogle that let's musicians basically create a website and use their own domain name if they have one. It gives you the option for them to host, or for you to use your own. I selected the option to use my own, since I paid for services from GoDaddy, so why not use it.
It tells me to do this:

But when I try to change the shyt on GoDaddy, I get an error. What am I doing wrong?

Ha, I do tech support for a rival of GoDaddy's, I see this issue all the time. Just follow the instructions given in these, and if the values
Bandzoogle gave you are valid, you shouldn't be getting errors.

I run my business through godaddy servers and they are good on helping over the phone.
Though they have been ass with help migrating my email frontend from their in house licence of outlook"starter" to my personal licence of office that obviously comes with outlook2016.
Their auto detect for setting up the pop email routing through to outlook 2016 isn't detecting(Godaddy claims it's cause 2016 uses imap instead of pop3) when I login to my outlook client. So I've been without my business email for 2weeks+.

I contacted support. They said it takes 24-48 hrs to come online after I change DNS settings. I can see my website, but other people can't. Is that normal?
