That is very subjective, based on the fact that many Christians think we know god better than we actually do. For example she says being a single mother was not Gods plan. How does she know being a single mother was not gods plan? We are acting out our astrological program created by god,and are given challenges he already knows we will probably fail. Can't really say what she is saying as a Christian and then turn around and say "god doesn't make mistakes":comeon:. You are god.

@Benefited , you got a point but you kind of missed out the message.

Its about being patient with God's timing/Good timing instead of amusing the flesh's moment. Or otherwise it can create hardships.

That's my take on it (being simple)

What you are not acknowledging here is that the hardships are potentially apart of the path.
Sometimes in life you couldn't have moved one step forward without taking two steps backwards.
I can't neccessarily say patience is what gods intent for us is in many cases. Like Natureboy says,Relationships are like ships and transportation vehichles that lead us from one situation to the next. Life is similar to those old books that allowed you to decide the outcome by choosing the page you wanted to flip to. Sometimes you had to go backwards in the book to progress the story. I think there are many different outcomes that could play out within your story, long as you can keep progressing the story I don't think we can say gods way is not playing out in one of the variety of ways that it could have played out. Seeming negative or like a setback to YOU,doesn't mean it wasn't supposed to happen like that. The moves you make after that "setback"can determine if you possibly wouldn't change a thing. Gods way respectively isn't over until you give up and quit the game, throwing in the towel:respect:

I get what you're saying..

It's like Joyce Meyer...she believes God intended for her to be born to a father who would go onto molest her for years so she could then become a pastor who would became an example to other people hurt by someone.

For many stuff like that is hard to accept...:wow:

That isn't true tho, if you know God and you know the Word you know that isn't true.

The most important point I'd make tho, Do not trust Joyce Meyer or any of these televangelists. Wolves in sheep's clothing.

The path is always hard, the way is narrow

One thing I will say, I don't believe God makes plans like that. I don't think God plans for you to be a single mother or a mother with a husband always by your side, he doesn't care about that.

If you end up a single mother is because if your life and decisions you made rather than something God planned for you.

The righteous path is narrow, but the street is wide. You going back and forth from the street to the path is a foregone conclusion.
Some spend more time in the street than others, but they can all get back on the same righteous path.
So there are plenty of routes and sidestreets that you may have to go down that lead you to the righteous path.
We can't say god doesn't have a hand in that.
