For about 2 years I was hitting the gym 4-5 times a week, im skinny (6'1 at 160lbs) but I was cut w/ abs, but then I went on like a vacation and when I came back I couldnt get into the groove again, I would go 1-2 a week and then not go for weeks, well its been about 6 months since Ive hit the gym regular and im about to go in about 30 minutes (i imagine it will be crowded dud to the holiday and i will be getting the crowd who comes after work)
