I been meaning to get on my smoothie game. What is kale tho?

Kale is a green vegetable it helps with digestion, heart disease, lowers the changes of developing some cancers, helps with skin, hair and bones. It has very high fiber; so if you decide to use it, don't go to hard at first because you will be in the bathroom all day.
