I never have this problem with my people, but we are methodical when it comes to going out together. If you do, pick a spot with a prefix menu or with combo platters that everyone can agree to share. IMHO if this is an ongoing issue with your people, find new people cause wtf. I’d assume it’s pretty obvious who tryna skip on a bill by process of elimination or just a pattern. Don’t invite those people out no more, problem solved.
