On one hand you want to relax because you know they probably understand the struggle in trying to get your foot in the door in a certain industry, especially one not really populated by blacks but on the other hand it can be viewed as disrespectful to not act the same as you would with other races because they might think because they're black you don't have to treat them the same just because you share a skin color. Or...they might just be a c00n and want to roast a young black dude because they are on some "There can only be one!" highlander shyt.
How about you dudes. Do you switch it up and feel more comfortable when being interviewed by another black person or you just remain the same?
Me, I've always just maintained the same behavior but it always ends up at them subtly hinting at our shared blackness to some degree and they always try to show me they're putting in a good word for me
