As far as places... go to atlantic station, lenox mall, phipps plaza.... food, go eat at Houstons, Twist (at night)...

If you 20 just stick to clubs. Also hit up Atlantic station, Phipps plaza, downtown Decatur and Edgewood. That's where you gonna find women. Hit some malls also.
