I can't remember where the diner is. As far as a Broadway show, that's up to you. If you're into the arts like that, I'd say most definitely. If not, you can easily skip it.

I would also recommend walking along the High Line if you're with a lady friend. It's an outside park that is on former railroad tracks that run through Chelsea. It's pretty dope, and it's free :ehh:

Btw...while working on clinton st managing the shop/store...i became addicted to rice pudding. I would go to the corner store across from faded royalty (the store we were renting the pop up shop space from...they officially went out of business not even two weeks after we were done) and pick up a nice 1.00 cup of rice pudding (forget the brand but it's irresistible) a .50 tropical fantasy black cherry soda and a .50 can of ice and i'd have my dinner and dessrt there.

Yeah. It runs from like 14th Street to like 33rd street.

It depends. Majority of the tourist attractions are in Manhattan. But if you venture to the outer boroughs you will experience more of the culture of the city. For example, if your into Spanish food & women, head to Washington Heights/Inwood or the Bronx.

Walk or bike through Central Park

Stop by the MoMA on Friday afternoon (I think it's free on Fridays after 4 or 5pm or something), or go whenever and pay. Lots of crazy shyt in there to see!

Walk or bike over the Williamsburg bridge and check out all the random tags/graffiti. I usually end up walkin to the halfway point then turn and head back to LES

Hang out in LES, go to an art gallery, check out a show, get a drink, whatever

Go over Brooklyn bridge, stroll through DUMBO and hit up the spot between Manhattan & Brooklyn bridges (on Brooklyn side). It's one of the dopest views of NYC in my opinion. I like to pack some beers or booze and spliffs and chill down there. One of the best spots in the city. :blessed:

I would normally suggest going to 5 PTZ but I think it's gone now :sadbron: :bryan:

Oh there used to be a thing called myopenbarnyc.com or some shyt where they tell you about all this cool free shyt or free drinks/parties etc.

I think that website might be old/shut down but there's another one called The Print Up List run by a friend of a friend of mine. They're on Twitter and give you a rundown of cheap/free parties/shows/events/open bars. Stay in the loop!

Oh and ride the Staten Island Ferry just for fun, then head back to Manhattan. It's free and you get a view of the Statue of Liberty.

Have fun yo! I miss NYC so bad :noah:

Ride public transit and instigate fights

I got in an argument on the subway with some strange older business man lookin dude my first time in NYC.

:dead:

I was minding my own business and he called me a bytch or a c*nt or both I think, I can't remember.

Anyways I calmly replied something like "Why are you calling me a stupid c*nt? That's not very nice"

And he just kept arguing with me. I dunno wtf his problem was...I wasn't bothering him or doing anything that deserved an insult but he just kept coming at me and I just kept trying to calmly talk sense into him.

It reached a point where he got all flustered and mad and left our train in a huff to sit in the next subway car.

He lost his hat in the process and I didn't know what to do. I'm a person that loses shyt all the time so I almost always try to help return shyt I find. He was actin like an a$$hole to me though so I kinda didn't want to help him.

I asked other passengers on the train what I should do, if I should try to return his hat or just leave it and everyone said to leave it.

Someone else asked me "You're not from New York, are you?" :russ: :mjlol:

This. I have a to go out of my way to NOT do this on the daily sadly. People in general are becoming stupider and not respecting personal space, locals who should know better. Immigration is up you have these crackheads from Mexico coming up from border states and shyt etc. Transplants from Bumfukk, OH going to school here etc. Was hoping with the colder weather would be less but the Mexi-Cali nikkas are not dissuaded by cold rain or snow. And this weather is child's play compared to people's hometowns in the Midwest so these CACs are wearing shorts and shyt in January and what not.:comeon:

Back on topic I'd say go to Flushing Meadow Park and take the LIRR and go to Long Beach Boardwalk maybe before the next nor'easter comes through.

Dona Nobis Pacem
or it can be touristy i don't care
Hit up the Pattie Hut in Bed Stuy (if you like Jerk Chicken) 516 Nostrand Ave. Between Halsey and Herkimer. It's good portions and good as a bytch. It's near the Nostrand stop off the A train. I don't think there's much room to eat, so it's a good takeaway option.
