I'm not big on bbq in general and I definitely don't get the hype of Memphis BBQ but I gotta say, Cozy Corner was straight. Corky's, Central, and all of the other tourist bbq spots ain't for us my guy. It's for a lighter palate.

Central has surprisingly fire smoked wings. Greens are on point too. Went to hs with some of the family members who own cozy corner, they are usually good too

Born in Memphis way back, so happy my family moved when I was a young. Still have some family there but no desire to visit.

Only place I see Memphis ever covered now comes up in The First 48
