I haven't heard anything great about Dodge mid-size cars or SUVs.
The 200 is too new to determine reliability issues.
The Durango is a gas guzzler. Don't know about reliability and a newer generation has been out for over a year without a major recall.

Toyota Rav4 is good. but not sure if that's too small for you. The older 4-Runners are nice but the 4WD are gas-guzzlers.
The Toyota Camry is a great mid-size.
The Toyota Highlander is great SUV-ish vehicle.

Check out Consumer Reports car reviews at the library. They'll have past issues on car reviews which are good to read.

If you wanted an Rav4 just wait for the next gen which should be out soon thats if its in your budget .
