What are some good domestic vacation locations for Black people?

Doesn’t need to be all black, but I want to around a reasonable amount of Black people. Not ratchets either. For example, Martha’s Vineyard in the summer, particularly August, would qualify (perhaps the gold standard). Any other good spots for I should know about in this expansive country?

Hawaii is expensive, plus a long flight if you aren’t west coast based. Rather spend that money and hit DR, Colombia, panama etc

I’ve never been to Atlanta, DC, Houston, Vegas, LA but been to a dozen Latin American countries

Battle of the Bands in Jan (ATL). Mardi Gras in Feb. Hot August Nights in Reno (August...Not many of us but we are solid). Lights on Festival (Mountain View CA.) Not in Vallejo this year. Larger venue. Celebrity tickets are now (copped mine). GenPop in about a week - lightsonfest.com

I travel internationally often, but I’m looking for domestic destinations. USA is huge with a lot of variety throughout the country

I gotta believe there are places akin to a Oak Bluffs where Black people vacation en mass without the BS.

Never been to VA beach or Myrtle Beach or Lake Lanier so I dunno what the vibe is like, if their too white or too ratchet. Gotta believe there are places where Black folk congregate to unwind in the summer.

I do want to do national parks one day, but I wouldn’t expect there to be a strong contingent of Black folk. I’m just looking for a chill vibe amongst my people.

Usually any city with a dope R&B or Jazz Festival would work.

Ex. Philly (Roots picnic) , Detroit (Jazz Fest) , New Orleans (Essence Fest)

Cities like those have an abundance of black culture and are some prime destination spots for us to celebrate it.
