I trust ya more than the rest of the internet or people irl. A lot of family and friends still believe in folklore or something, they say some wild shyt. I also know I don't listen and so maybe it's me. I don't like google, so much mis-information and opposing thoughts.
(1a) If something went down the wrong pipe, I would be able to tell right? Sometimes I eat and drink so quick, it feels funny. (1b) small pills can down down the wrong pipe and I wouldn't be able to tell right, they wouldn't be absorbed and so i'm not getting effect?
2) Spices and herbs are still okay if container is left open for a few hours-days right. the whole point of the container to to not be wasteful or avoid spills right?
3) If i eat burnt food do i still get most of nutrients, really concerned about getting enough calories. Specially talking about carbs and meats.
4) How the hell do you get your sodium level down. Mine satsys high and I rarelyput salt on anything.

Alledgedly is the least stressful job on earth for great pay. But I hate food and always had a bad relationship with it.
