Not really Hip-hop focused but who has some good live albums.
I was just listening to Brian Mcknight's: An Evening with Brian Mcknight and I'm in the mood for more live performances.

Jay-z unplugged is a good listen if you are a fan

Some of Wu and the el michaels affair did a live performance on xm radio that is an enjoyable listen

Gary Clark Jr. Live...its insane! And the live versions of the songs he did are better than the album versions.
