I always read the comments section when I see stories like this and the amount of ignorance spewed is laughable.

People are applauding this saying more Americans can get those jobs.

It's like people don't or can't comprehend how connected the U.S. is with the rest of the world.

Most of the best engineers aren't from the united states.

Albert Einstein. Hawking... NONE of them are from the United States.

The Atom bomb was created by a team of international physicists.

We are truly in a age of ignorance and isolationism.

But they are taking it from Americans who are also qualified. The hiring shortage of American tech workers has been debunked.

Those Google employees are executives.

And they aint taking shyt. THOUSANDS of American's work overseas as well. It's a Two Way street. It's called a global economy.

Jews come to this country and start businesses all the time and funnel money back to Israel. Not to mention the U.S. gives Israel billions in foreign aid every year.

This is a racist policy.

The tech bubble of the 1990's consisted of mostly AMERICANS committing fraud.

American's expect to graduate and land a job making 80k and up per year which is unrealistic.

ALL of the 9/11 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the U.A.E. Not to mention Osama Bin Laden. How come they're not on the banned list?

There were American scientists that were influential in the Manhattan project, but I do agree with this sentiment. America, like many successful nations, is a globalist society

Your post is all over the place, most of which I agree with. My post was specifically about h1bs. And you are wrong about tech jobs not being "taken". The Americans you point out who are working overseas are working primarily for AMERICAN companies.
