So Grassley juelzing about the ACA shows two things: the repeal and replace is just a show. They never expected it to pass. If McCain did vote 'Yes', the GOP would have been okay with some people "paying the price". This guy can't even explain why he voted to repeal the law even though he says it's not going anywhere and it's the law of the land.
