Yeah this is a rational comprimise IMO. 1 exclusively Israeli embassy in Israel, and one joint use embassy for both Israel and Palestine on stolen Palestinian land. This is a fair deal IMO.

I think what he means is that it will lead to another Infatada. Also Kerry mentioned how by moving the embassy to Israel the arabs around the area who tolerated Israel existence won't be too happy about this. We could see more "donations" from the Gulf States end up in Fatah or even Hamas.

I'd say that would be a likely outcome. It may even embolden Hizbullah but they're pretty busy with Syria and without Iran's blessing that won't go anywhere. It would also drive the Republicans up the wall and they love a good war especially with perceived enemies. Trump isn't a big Iran fan either obviously. The Arabs are busy with their sectarian conflicts and don't give a shyt about Palestine from what I see. The Gulf states would also be remiss to piss off their paymasters and protectors in Washington as well...

Who knows.
