Got a camera ticket in an area I wasn't in.....

Though I live in DC, I got it for an infraction on Oct 28th (a Sunday) @7:30a in DC. Thing is I was in Bmore the night before drinking with some of my old co-workers.

Stayed overnight and woke up around 10a on the 28th. So I am like to them having actual pics.

Imma fight this. I have receipts from the night before and that morning of me getting gas in Bmore.

Deez nikka conjuring up tix and shyt to get that change, fukkas!

Anyone been in this situation?

How are the cameras set up? Do they get you from the front or the back? No homo

Write a letter to the address provided on the ticket that it wasn't you driving the car. The case will be thrown out and you won't have to pay a dime. Somebody driving a car with your licensee plate doesn't mean it proves you were driving it.

I been in that situation. I just got to LA after being gone a month and found out i got a camera ticket for 2 weeks earlier. Around the time it happened, i was in Ohio and the location of the ticket was on the intersection of Imperial and Crenshaw.

The thing to make it even more crazy was that it was a picture of my uncle behind the wheel of my pop's car!

I have no connection to any of this shyt except that we all share the same last name, it's no way i should've got a $400 ticket for that shyt.

Had to go down to the Inglewood Court building and show it ain't me. Long story short, i had to ask my uncle to take care of that for me since he was the one driving. Glad he agreed becuz i didn't wanna have to fight that nikka.

The ticket says if you weren't driving the car and want it waived you have to provide the name and license# of the person who was and then get the statement notarized.

I don't want to pay, but I read in some states they'll send the fine to collections and it can hurt your credit score.
