Dont say that shyt. Managers at them joints work their asses off for the modest pay raises they get over them other
employees. I would say @Illuminatos work hard so you can qualify for a BETTER job. Being a manager and still not making much
money is the worst. i know this shyt first hand.

money is the worst. i know this shyt first hand.

It's also really easy to get a management position there then he can work there for a few years to get the "3 years in management" experience then transfer to a larger company and get paid more. That's what my old manager said he did then he started working for kohls and makes over 100k
