Money is always a thing. How much do you want to spend and how important is portability? Not worth making a thread for, but can one of y'all brehs help me out - what's the best laptop I can get for watching films? Money ain't a thang.
They normally don't unless you do some extremely dumb shyt like thisBelieve Macs can't get viruses brehs

I'll just add onto this thread. My Macbook keeps shutting down on its own. Nothing comes up in diagnostics and they couldn't find anything wrong at the Apple Store either.
I uninstall Sophos because sometimes that can be the cause. It worked fine for a few days and now I'm back to the same shyt. Anyone ever experience this?
about 3 years ago, my last macbook was doing that same shyt and then decided not to cut back on after a few months of doing it. turned out it was my motherboard. i sold it for parts and bought a new one.

Does it have security logs to show you whats shutting it down?I'll just add onto this thread. My Macbook keeps shutting down on its own. Nothing comes up in diagnostics and they couldn't find anything wrong at the Apple Store either.

Idk I havent had to fix a Mac in years...
And why do people keep saying they CAN'T get viruses... We said they DON'T and normally this wouldn't even be an issue if dude wasn't installing DUMB shyt from a bogus website
is it overheating?
What year is it???Nothing shows up as a reason why it's shutting down. Not even an error message when I turn it back on.
Nah, it's not even close to hot.
The best way to describe it is it looks like it's shutting off due to low battery. The life of the battery is still in really good shape.
It primarily happens when I get on the web, but there aren't any viruses, trojans, etc. on my computer.
