Save ALL emails and internal IMs.
When you get fired or let go (which is highly likely) call a lawyer and give them your log.
Hit up that unemployment while you wait for that settlement money.

Be friendly to people in the office. You don't want to be the person that nobody associates with or cares about.
That's not to say you should share your personal lives with your coworkers.
My advice to you is simple.
Get to work on time every day and set the proper expectations.
If you are given an assignment and someone wants it by the end of the day but you can't finish it until tomorrow, tell them you will have it tomorrow.
Under-promise and over-deliver, my friend.
It's the reality of the modern American jobs landscape. Most jobs aren't designed to keep people around for longer than one or two years. Plus, it's a safe assumption if he's a Black male that he will be let go at some point in the first two years.why is it highly likely that he will get fired? Lol
