It's been so many years since my mistakes sometimes I can be unscathed with a background check but no
Question I have felony convictions.... everytime I can have a big break and great job it always is an issue. Again depends on what type of check
They do and working in my favor the company hired a 3rd party company so
They may not even see it.. according to the disclosure there seems to be silver linings with this but still

Breh you need to consult an attorney to get that off your record if possible. I had an assault reduced to a low level mistaminer (sp), had another charge sealed and my attorney got my last case completely dismissed. I didn't have to step one foot in the courtroom on that one

I hope they dismiss my case. I got a aggravated assault charge. b*stards found probable cause with only circumstantial evidence. No witnesses. Nothing. Judge even gave me a 75k signature bond. Weird ass court system. I'm not trying to be pretrial 3 years for some crap I didn't even do.

Lawyer talking bout 50k.
