Gun show loophole, gun law loophole, Brady law loophole (or Brady bill loophole), private sale loophole, and private sale exemption are political terms in the United States referring to sales of firearms by private sellers, including those done at gun shows, dubbed the "secondary market".

Gun show loophole - Wikipedia

If you Black in America and don't have a firearm yet and need to get one please visit your local gun show in your state and get on it. I can't stress enough about how we need to be the #1 gun owners.

They make it too easy in Texas I'm going to go to a show in September and grab a couple. Can't wait.

There is no gun show loophole.
Its private sale, period.
There should be regulation and a cost for a private seller to have to get an expensive ass FFL to sell their gun, that is the loophole.
You can tell most of the people complaining about this have never been to a gun show because the big tables in the gun show, that are fronted by real businesses and moving volume have FFL and you are filling out forms to buy in the gun showm.

New Jersey and New York are even worse. :snoop:You have to give finger prints, have a police interview, give them permission to see your mental health records, give them your employer information and 2 references just to get a CHANCE to get a Firearms ID to buy long guns(Rifles/Shotguns):pacspit:. It's also a process that is "supposedly" take up to 30 days, but NJ courts have pretty much ruled that the state can take as long as they "need". So expect to wait 3+ months because your township only takes 2 hours a week to do the processing. I'm not even joking about this farcical escapade. :martin:

It's heavily dependent on the police department of your local town or NJ troopers, I.E., rich cacs can easily get the permission while minorities are put on a magnifying class. We're so doo-doo(NJ), that we're taking L's.
The saddest thing is that many of our own people are supportive of these heavy-handed constitutional beat downs. It's the one area that I agree with the NRA on; most of the gun control laws are made for our "benefit" but are really ways to make us subservant.

Gotdamn, I know we headed to that. Kamala Harris basically made it where no gun manufacturer will submit a new model or a model not on the states approved firearms list. Apparently a gen 3 glock is somehow safer than a gen 4 glock :mindblown:

They are private sales.

I moved to a 2A-friendly state, can walk in and buy within 15 minutes once the background check comes in clean :banderas:

We wanted to vote in Democrats for decades in these blue states and cities without placing any demands on them to respect the 2nd Amendment, and we set ourselves up for genocide as a result. shyt is sad.

So you're rather be Louisiana and have 10x as many gun deaths, right? :martin:

Black people stay the ones taking the L's from the wrong people having gun access. :snoop:

People who sound scared to me are the ones running around feeling insecure cause they can't handle themselves as a man without a gun on them. :sas1::sas2:

You're telling me that - Louisanna - a state that has rampant corruption, humongous racism, third-world poverty has a high murder rate. That's a sociology-economic issue more than an access to firearms issue. As New Jersey has our own blighted areas. They're too long to list, but Essex, Camden, Passaic counties have a lot of these towns. I'm not saying dump 30-round magazines from the sky for everybody; but nonsensical gun control which tends to impact MY people disproportionately shouldn't stand. They literally enacted NJ's gun control process a few months after the Newark riots. I'm not even talking about getting a conceal carry permit to carry your gun outside of your residence/business. That's only allowed for the politically connected and wealthy(A shooting instructor breh told me that only 1500 have been approved in all of the state and around 400-500 are for armored truck/armed security/ex-police). You have to plead your case in front of the NJ supreme court to get it as well. A woman with no felonies and a clean mental health record literally got murdered because the beaurucrats in Jersey were too slow to respond to her gun application permit. Even the non-connected Cacs are affected by this. Oh btw, the gun control agenda just doesn't apply to "guns" as well; a lot of the same folks want to regulate BB guns/Air rifles' the same way. I wanted to cop an AIR RIFLE to shoot at the range when NJ gave me that wakeup call. :stopitslime:

Air Rifles require the same permit process I detailed in my previous post, as well. This state is a joke. :russ:

Kinda unrelated but it's crazy how easy it is to get a gun legally or illegally. I seen a dude a few month back playing with a gun; having it pointed at dude head saying "if I wanted to kill you, I could right now and nobody would know" (bruh a banger). It's just something I think about from time to time.
