Unfortunately no amendment has a chance in 2023 lol. When something is good policy like let's just give a common sense example such as popular vote for president or universal voter registration. No republican will ever go for it because they are a minority party. Even if you make this amendment more acceptable for Republicans they would never go for it. It's a reason we haven't had one in 30 years.
