Texas Gov. Rick Perry singled out New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo Thursday while arguing that other governors should be envious of the Lone Star State’s economic record.

“I’m sure that I couldn’t get all 49 other governors to admit that they would want to be Texans,” Perry said, according to The Associated Press. “I’m thinking that Gov. Cuomo would not admit that he’d want to be a Texan.”
