Graduate School Letters

Did you create different cover letters for each school you applied to? Or, did you create a general cover letter and left it at that? Of course the department to which you're applying matters, but if the department is pretty much the same across the schools you applied to, then creating a cover letter for each one would be a bit tedious. Not to mention these schools are making you pay to apply .

But anyway, what did ya'll do?

Same cover letter. Just switched up the wording on why I wanted to attend that specific college for each letter. Made it more personable to each college.

Make a generic letter thats solid.
Then for the specific schools add the specific info you need.
