am i the only one mad that we cant steal customized whips? The game is called grand theft auto, why shouldn't i be allowed to steal a car that somebody spent thousands and prob hours working on

if u customize a car not only should you insure it, you should have a lojack system that notifies you if it got stolen. So at least you can crew up and try to get the car back.
Or if u have money like that should get an additional alarm system that lets you explode the car if u dont feel like getting it. So it makes stealing the cars more risky.

I think that's exactly why they don't want to allow it, because nikkas would cheat and get the same car over and over with insurance, and his buddies would make lots of cash out of that robbery scheme.
