Racism is about collective group power....so no...Black Americans and Blacks in minority position cannot be racist/ethnicist...
But Black people can definitely be intolerant and bigoted towards other groups..

In black countries where we can wield power, definitely. Here? Nah we dont have shyt. But in a hypothetical situation where a black business owner actively rejects other races then yes i suppose but the dynamics are fukked up so i have no idea.

Worst thing I've seen "black racists" do is name calling, to be honest. And thats out of frustration with the dominant society.
