OP...no, not at all
If you have grey hair on your head at a young age, you end up looking like an extremely youthful older guy.
No wrinkles. no bags under eyes....young full fresh face with grey hair....it's like an optical illusion.
Keep it expertly groomed and you're winning.
May help you out professionally as well as you look more experienced and mature. May help you move up the management ranks a bit quicker than usual.

I'm 29 and I found a single grey hair in my beard the other week 
I can understand feeling a certain way about ALOT of grays at a young age...intially.
