knew this would happen. just didn't think it would happen so quickly which makes me suspect. but in all presidential administrations, there are countless examples of people that prove that when you fly too close to the sun of presidential power, you always get burned. always. and the amount of power you have makes no matter. knew it would happen to elon the moment he started taking photo ops in the oval office. flexing that he had too much access.
but i don't trust anything from this administration. i'm almost of the opinion that this was staged to help salvage tesla brand.
elon is defenseless against the resources of a billionaire coalition. trump is a billionaire and he knows others. it would be nothing for him to curry favor, secure their support, and politically isolate elon. we already see bezos and zuckerberg in his back pocket.
