i find them better to deal with
no weird rules
just a credit check and proof of job is needed
always have someone available if something breaks

Yep this was happening all during the pandemic. Institutions were buying up properties. Houses were turned into an investment to make money. Unfortunately we all also need to live in one. So the government needs to address this. Corporate landlords are inconsiderate to the individuals and the community and are all about the bottom line. They'll raise rents and evict without a se on thought.

It's wicked out there. One of my employees rent just jumped to $1500 per month, after her lease expired, for a one bedroom apartment when before she was paying $1050 previously. They wouldn't even work with her. $1050 to $1500 is demonic.
