I went to yesterdays game and the fans were all pissed with Volpe and Boone deservingly so.

One guy told Volpe to go to. AAA and there was a fire Boone chant but the stadium played music to silence it

Beli's a very unique case, even by baseball standards. Age 21-23 he was a ROY/MVP with numbers on a HOF pace, age 24-26 his numbers were barely replacement level.

There's been deep dives on the shoulder/fibula injuries and how it all played a role in his slide, and his bounce back started in Chicago so he's technically stacking good seasons at this point. Whatever risk is attached to his next deal is probably gonna feel a lot more palatable when you consider he's gonna go for half the years and half the AAV Tucker will.

I wouldn’t be against trading Bellinger.

He’s a good player but he’s probably like a 4 year, 110M guy. Being generous.

And I think he wants to get big money.
