I think the bells and whistles of modern kitchens don’t add as much value as people think. Renovating a dilapidated kitchen is a plus but adding stainless steel appliances and granite everything doesn’t add much value.

I haven't remodeled my home yet because I bought my home brand new. However, I see nothing wrong with those who do remodel, even if they don't make use of it as others may feel they should.

It adds value to their home and looks good. I will say this..

For me, the project I want to do is get rid of my front yard grass. I got a gopher issue and tired of them tearing my yard up. Smh..
