GS9 member and Bobby Shmurda associate Santino Boderick, also known as Cueno, has been sentenced to 117 1/2 to 130 years in prison for his role in gang warfare, according to Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan. Boderick was convictedin November 2016 on 23 counts, including charges of Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Attempted Assault in the First Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.

“Santino Boderick was convicted of multiple incidents involving shocking violence, and which reflected utter disregard for human life,” Brennan said. “The sentence imposed on him today will protect the community, and appropriately punish behavior that terrorized countless innocent people.”

At trial, Boderick was found to be part of gang-related violence that took place between January 2013 and December 2014. Evidence placed him at the scene of four shootings, three of which he was determined to be a shooter. Boderick’s DNA was found on three guns.

Boderick is the third member of the GS9 crew to receive a prison sentence of over 50 years. Rashid “Rasha” Derissant was sentenced to 98 1/3 years to life in prison in May 2016. That same month, Alex “A-Rod” Crandon received a 53-year prison sentence. Both men were convicted for their roles in the February 2013 murder of a 19-year-old rival gang member.

Bobby Shmurda is currently serving a seven year sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy charges. Shmurda said he took a harsher sentence so prosecutors would be more lenient with his friend Rowdy Rebel.

In court he was offered a plea deal, and screamed " 15 years, my life is over". So he decided to take a chance at trial and got 117 years:smh: stupid.

Gov’t Name: Santino Boderick
Nickname: Cueno
Age: 21
31 Charges: 1 count of 2nd degree attempted murder
1 count of 1st degree attempted assault
1 count of 2nd degree conspiracy (2nd degree murder)
3 counts of 4th degree conspiracy (1st degree assault, 2nd degree criminal possession of a weapon, 3rd degree sale of a controlled substance)
2 counts of 1st degree reckless endangerment
6 counts of 2nd degree reckless endangerment
13 counts of 2nd degree criminal weapons possession
2 counts of 3rd degree criminal weapons possession
1 count of criminal use of a firearm
1 count of criminal possession of a firearm
Plea: Not guilty
Bail: Remanded (Held without bail)
Status: Cueno, the alleged shooter in Rowdy Rebel’s drive-by incident, picked up all of the same charges as Rowdy from that day, but was also hit with use of a firearm. Outside of that one situation, the big number that stands out is the sheer number of times he’s getting tagged for weapons possession. He was arrested at least twice for possession, with the first instance in June 2014 involving a shooting aimed at a rival Folk Nation gang member, which hit the victim three times. In the days following that incident, text messages and phone conversations were picked up from Cueno’s phone which followed the subsequent attempts at retaliation from each gang and caught him posting a photo of a new gun, presumably to social media. All in all, many of the shootings involved either Cueno, Rasha or A-Rod in some combination.

Exactly. He could've started his life over again. He may have gotten out earlier for good behavior.
