Has anyone had any issues on PS4 with getting stuck in the "Loading Story Mode"? It gets to 90% and i cant get to the game. It started this maybe a couple weeks ago.

nope.... have you updated it... or it could just be a glitch... start a new game or load a previous save... by deleting the saved game data...

Can you delete your cache on the PS4? If so, try doing that.

I dont get why your having problems... have you updated everything?? is it working now?
So I just started playing this. Ive put in maybe 10 hours and already experienced 5 game breaking bugs 
Ive had what the OP has happen twice.
Another 2 times the game willl suddenly and inexplicably go to loading screen then start the beginning of the game again and just now the game froze. I was driving and suddenly i couldnt load the pause menu the about 2 minutes later it completely froze.
Read up on them and they seem to be common problems

Weird. I literally just Loaded this with no Problem on my PS4. 
No Disc though.

I have a disc and I have none of these problems either...
Never had problems with the single player portion. Multiplayer was a worthless nightmare.
