Not sure what the case is about, but his kid shouldn’t be on Medicaid nor living in section 8 housing or using food stamps. That’s not how this works when you have a parent earning in the top 1%. Now if he doesn’t want to pay an equitable amount for the child that yes, will benefit the mother too, he needs to seek full custody. But something tells me he won’t, no man who actually cares about his seed would have him insured by Medicaid and using food stamps when they can clearly provide better.

I didnt see that the child has special needs. $2k per month isnt much when you consider how much he makes. But has she always been on section 8? Sounds like he's taking care of his responsibilities. Could he do more? Sure. But my guess is the child support order was put in place when he wasnt making as much. A deadbeat is one that doesnt pay anything or take care of or see their seeds. So calling him a deadbeat is a stretch. Idk what yall yltalking about but I know on section 8 in GA some of those folks have damn nice houses. Not a mansion but not a dump either.
