Yeah this is a big picture. I look at daily first. And then zone in on 4hrs, 1hr, 30min, 15min, 5min, and then trade on 1min.
Today I just needed 1min

Alright guys,
I know a lot of you are nervous about day trading SPY — and that’s totally okay. I used to be the same way. That’s why starting June 3rd, we’re kicking off a Guided Account Challenge with a $2,000 starting account. And no — this won’t be fast-paced day trading.
One of my partners, a swing trading specialist with a ridiculous track record, will be leading the calls.
Here’s what to expect:
- Trades will be swings, not scalps.
- You’ll get real-time alerts directly in the Discord — clear and easy to follow.
- Example: “NFLX July 18th $1300 Call, $1.50 — 2 contracts.”
That means you buy exactly 2 contracts. Not 3. Not 4. Stick to the plan.

IMPORTANT
- Don’t join if you don’t have $2,000 ready to trade — and definitely sit this out if you’re not mentally prepared to possibly lose a few hundred bucks early on. These challenges are never a straight line. There will be wins and losses.
- Don’t join if you can’t follow alerts in real time.
- Don’t fund this with borrowed money or a credit card. If your finances are tight, paper trade and learn the system first — that’s still a win.
- The goal here is simple: make money. But we’re not setting some magic number like turning $2,000 into $10,000. I’ve done challenges where we turned $1K into $5K and people still complained because we didn’t hit the “goal.” Let’s stay focused on consistent, smart growth — not hype numbers.

Is this day trading? I work and can barely check my phone during the day.
Would I be able to do this?
Right now, mostly yes. Market is too volatile to hold anything overnight. Orange man could open his damn mouth to ruin everything. He could pump or dump.
I recommend joining sunday night study session and learn material. Take an advantage of a free education.
When the market stabilizes we'll call more long term swing plays.
But what I'm saying is, I can't access my phone consistently during the day.
So is that bad?

For now yes. U need to be on it to buy in and dip out. Nillys plays have all been the same day. Bowie made me some nice money on a 3 day hold for Kratos but u have to be in discord live trading and listen to his calls.
That would be tough because you can't make money if you can't sell.
You can join live session and tune in during lunch time. There could be plays you can follow. In live session, it's always either call or put on SPY. So very simple to follow.
