Wrestling take downs?

Work on your stance, shoot doubles, practice sprawling.

This is my favorite for just jiu jitsu drills to improve flexibility and mobility

I’ll say if you don’t know anything about grappling and can only train by yourself it’d be more productive to try Muay Thai, kickboxing, or boxing.

Or watch a ton of ufc to learn grappling

Yeah I do mostly boxing training and have been for a while now. I’m trying to learn some throw’s and trips and bodyslams.

There are also dummies you can train with, but a lot of people don’t really like using them.

If you train boxing why don’t you work on sprawls and getting up from the ground? Also taking some to the ground is whole nother ball game. Better to just keep it on the feet.

Put yeah I got slammed so hard in a judo class once I blacked out for a second. T you could really hurt someone slamming them on concrete
