i did weighted dips and pullups at the same time during my stronglifts 5x5 journey
just added 5lbs each workout
i got up to 95lb added then went back to bench. at the time (this is like 2012) i had stalled at like 155 on bench but was able to push that up to 210+
mind you i had lost weight from 220lb down to 150, then lean bulked up to 165lb
