Before I start my strength training journey?

I’m 25 and :flabbynsick: as hell, mostly due to a couch potato lifestyle. Imbalances and tightness everywhere.

I figured I could just help me pinpoint my trouble areas while I’m correcting it and strengthening in the gym?

Definitely. Good for managing future problems (vascular, injuries, diabetes, etc.)

It would be a help, but a lifestyle change is on you. I have gone to physical therapy for injuries, and the therapist have always told me physical therapy is 20 percent them and 80 percent you. If you think they are gonna solve your problems that ain't gonna happen. They have limited abilities in determining somethings, and will refer you to a doctor. You could get a Personal trainer along with it. You gotta have self determination on the change. When you go to a physical therapist office, it 9/10 looks like a gym for old and injured people. It can help jump start you, but you gotta put in the work on your own. No time like the present to start.:salute: You got this. Just stay focused.

The hell you need a physical therapist for? :gucci:

You haven't done shyt yet.

To keep it a stack you'd probably be better off with a nutritionist and a personal trainer. Attend the some yoga classes at the gym you'll be iight.

Hell yes. And I think you mean trainer because I'm seeing a physical therapist now. I injured both my shoulders doing pull ups...(now I know that you should never go all the way down when the military "standard" says that a full pull up is all the way down)

No. Just start on starting strength and then do 15 minutes of hit afterwards. Go at least 3 times a week.

No. Personal trainers are waste of money. There's enough information online. Watch some YouTube videos.
