Okay I go in the building and go into the supervisors office. He asked me maybe 3 questions, asked me to tell him about myself, told him I from KCMO (I live in KCK now, the job is in KCK too) and I like fast paced-work. Asked me why am I looking to leave and I told him after being with the USPS for 6 years I wanted something new, and they were making changes that would affect me and my livelihood. So after that the supervisor takes me into the branch managers office.
He (the manager) said hell look at my resume later and asked me about my hobbies and what I like to do; I told him I like to listen to music (hip hop and film scores) and he said he likes classical music. We went on for about 10-15 minutes about the different art ists we listen to (I also put him onto Bernard Herrman lol). In between he told me hes from Houston, TX and started aiming off artists from there he likes. After THAT, shyt kind of started going downhill (at least I felt it did).
They stated asking me questions and it took me a bit to form some damn answers. Hell they asked me my strengths and I said "dependable", "efficient" and "team player" then asked for examples. I told them about a time when I got into a car crash and still made it to work, that was ONLY time Ive been late working ANY job. The rest I was just saying shyt I felt they wanted to here, some corny shyt. And I think they picked up on it.
Heres where shyt gets pitiful, they asked me to give an example of my "efficiency", I told them I do shyt by the book/exactly how the supervisor tells me and dont go outside that. So the supervisor comes up with this scenario, "so lets say you have move 100 boxes, and the supervisor comes to you and says "hey before you move each box, I need you, for reasons I cant explain, to walk and back forth" I said Im doing that shyt, especially since he said for reason I cant ask. Then the supervisor piggy backs and asks "what if I DIDNT say "for reasons I cant ask" I said Im still doing that shyt.
Anyway after the interview (which was about 45-50 minutes) the supervisor gives me a description of what I would be doing and where I would be (they did in this in the actual interview as well but they described on a white board with markers and shyt), then gave a brief tour around the place. And that was it. Told me to call if I have any questions or whatever and said they'll call in a few weeks to let me know if I got the job.
ENCAPSULATION :
Interview with just the manager started off well, then the supervisor came in and shyt got hectic. Gave some bullshyt/corny answers to their questions and I think they picked up on it. Manager had far more energy than the supervisor. I dont think the supervisor liked me be honest.
What do you guys think? Did I bomb? If it matters I had a small over the phone interview before the in-face. More or less the same minus the hobby talk.

Based on what you wrote I couldn't tell if you bombed. I CAN say learn from your mistakes and always have an example on hand of a time you were a team player, dependable etc. Just lie or yank a story off the Coli or Google or Twitter
