I did this for a good ten years, tehn I noticed that I spend way more when I can't keep track of how much cash I'm spending. I always spend way more than I should. So, I withdraw my free spending budget for the week and keep it on me. Bills are autopay anyway. I'm not going to sweat getting robbed for a week of playmoney.
